A 15mm lens for the Nikonos will cost you $1000-$1500, depending on condition, used/new, etc.

Options for F100 housings include Ikelite, which I sell for $850 plus ports, etc. Figure $1150 total.

Aquatica A100 housing is machined aluminum, which I sell for $1495 plus ports, etc. Figure $2000 total with dome and flat port.

There are other housing manufacturers for the F100, but these are significantly more expensive, generally starting at $2500 on up plus ports.

I have used both Ikelite and Aquatica housings for the N90s. I own an F100, but have no housing for it currently. I would recommend the Aquatica for the F100 over Ikelite. The reasons I prefer the Aquatica are: 1) Smaller size, the Ikelite using the MD case, which is pretty bulky. 2) More controls 3) The port system uses extensions, whereas the Ikelite requires individual ports for each lens. 4) No diopter for the viewfinder. The Ikelite uses a diopter for full viewing through the viewfinder which reduces the size of your view. 5) 8" dome available versus 6" dome for the Ike. The 8" dome does a better job on wide angle.

As far as strobe setups, I use two Ikelite SS200's. I consider this the ultimate, even though it might be a little overkill. Extra light can make up for some mistakes in strobe aim. Having two identical strobes from the same manufacturer simplifies things such as chargers and sync cords. I also carry a spare single cord in case one unit fails. If you already have a good strobe, I would start there and recommend something that will work easily with it. Again, you can mix and match all types and brands of strobes. Some combo's are easier than others.
