Picking at Sweet Berry Farms
March - May, 2008
Enjoy family fun by picking your own
fresh strawberries and blackberries at this farm just outside Marble Falls.
Around April 1 is the best time for the red berries, but you can come as early
as March and they will last well into May when the red potato patch is open for
dig-your-own. There will be a spring hay-field maze in May and June while the
blackberries are at their peak. The location also has goats and horses for
petting. Sweet Berry Farm now has two locations. The original farm is located in
Marble Falls, which is nestled in the Texas Hill Country north-west of Austin.
Sweet Berry Farms now has a location in Lexington, Texas, a tucked-away hamlet
east of Austin.
