Hello Fellow U/W Photogs,

I have a recurring problem with my Nikon N70 that baffles the heck outa me and I'd like to get the input from the group here about what's causing it & how to remedy it.

Often when I shot with this rig ( Nikon N70, Ikelite N70 TTL housing, Ikelite TTL SubStrobe 100a, Ikelite SubStrobe 50s, & TTL strobe cord )I find that whenever I shoot higher speeds like 400 and yes even 800 ISO I frequently get "HI" or "LOW" error messages in the viewfinder & the cam's LCD screen.

I'm going to break out the manual & re-read the Magic Lantern guide to see what's going on here...

I basically shoot in either Ps mode ( portrait mode ) or Aperture priority, but most of the time in Ps mode...

Most of the time the 100a is set up in TTL mode also with the Ike 50s in slave mode ( could this TTL/ non-TTL strobe setup be part or all of the problem??? )

Oh....another thing...I'm 98% of the time shooting breatholding female models in swimming pools as the subject matter...

Should I stick to 100 ISO or below film speeds? Do I need to lose the 50s? < or vice versa for the 100a > Should I re-think my camera's shooting modes?

Any advice would be appreceiated for I have a upcoming photo session with two ( maybe three!) lovely "mermaids" and I'd like to get some excellent results instead of surfacing to fight the camera.

-Tim
PS. This is *NOT* my pic, but it is pretty much what I'm wanting my photos to turn out like! =)
