I would also be interested in the quality from this thing. I'm guessing that's the only technology that's feasable for full-frame sensors.

I know the CMOS makers didn't drop the technology when CCD's took over. They have continued to work on the quality issues. They may have put all of their effort into a full-frame device and somehow improved the quality with this very market in mind. It had better be better than the old CMOS units if they hope to compete in this arena. If nothing else, it will certainly use less battery power and run cooler than the CCDs...FW that's worth.
