I shoot mine that way, and it's nice-n-crisp. The 20mm lens has a problem, but I don't think a diopter will help. The basic problem is a nodal-point mismatch between the lens and the dome, and a diopter won't fix that. Ikelite apparently has acknowledged that their ports aren't designed to be sharp across the whole field for the 20mm lens. Rats. My advice: old off buying the NikV and just shoot the 24mm with no diopter. Good luck, D
