I actually like the 20mm lens a lot more, but it is indeed tougher to work with. The 24 doesn't have the field of view that the 20 has, which is the reason that it's sharper behind the dome. When you get into extreme angular coverage, the match between the dome and the lens becomes crucial, and the 24mm lens just doesn't reach that far.

Of course, that reach is exactly what I like about the 20mm lens. God, do I love that lens...it gives you compositional choices the 24 just can't deliver. Of course, a stray fin from a diver almost directly over your head will end up sneaking into the frame, but I'll put up with that for what I get in exchange. :)
