Interesting. I did not know that the lens was designed to go on the outside of the port. Is it designed to integrate with the housing? If so, you very well could end up getting better results in the water. If the lens is designed to contact water, it definitely won't work right in air. Also, does the lens attach to an existing port, or does it replace the port?

I assume the pictures you took were done in the housing, in air?

Can you supply a link to some place with full details on this lens?
